With a background in supporting neurodivergent individuals and in my current role, I bring both frontline experience and behind-the-scenes insight to the Academy. For four years, I worked directly with neurodivergent people and saw how often information especially around research, was difficult to access and not presented in a way that felt neuro-affirming.

Now, in my HR role, I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel supported and empowered to grow. The Evolve Skills Academy reflects that same ethos: making research skills understandable, practical, and genuinely accessible for everyone, especially neurodivergent learners. I’m proud to be part of a project that breaks down barriers and opens up new possibilities for learning.
