What data we collect
When you enquire, register for a course, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, job title, organisation, and any information you share in your message. When you purchase a course, payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card data. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, session duration, browser type) to understand how people use our site.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver courses you have purchased, send course-related communications, and (with your consent) send occasional updates about new courses and resources. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and contact data for up to 2 years from last contact. Course completion records are retained for 7 years for accreditation and quality assurance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with your statutory rights. Where course content has been substantially accessed, refunds may not be available.
Limitation of liability
Our courses are designed to provide education and information. They are not a substitute for professional clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Academy does not accept liability for decisions made based solely on course content.
