I am the Systems and Data Coordinator at Evolve, where I help support service development through system maintenance and data reporting. I collaborate with our heads of department to create insightful reports that help us understand impact and improve the way we work.
I also help develop and maintain our internal records system, which enhances how we capture information, report on outcomes, and ensures we are able to deliver a high-quality service. As we launch the Skills & Research Academy, I’m excited to support its growth with a variety of digital tools and insights.
