I head up the HR team at Evolve. My varied background in HR has meant that I can esnure that we provide safe, inclusive and ethical workplace. I enjoy developing management systems to support the company with compliance and development. As a mental health first aider, I know the importance of having strong foundations to ensure we are adhering to our responsibility of creating a safe and compliant workplace. Embracing an ethical way of working and keeping up to date with the latest legislation helps us to support the growth of our business. I champion a neuroinclusive workplace and I am pleased to be part of helping others create a neuroinclusive workplace.
