I am a HR Manager for Evolve. I am responsible for building and continuously developing a solid and consistent HR framework throughout the business, this includes working on compliance and other management systems. I enjoy looking at ethical employment trends and what that means for the business as we grow, along with ensuring we are always kept up to date with employment legislation. I am a mental health first aider and champion of a neurodiverse workforce.
