Kate Crawford-Blake

Kate is a Senior Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner and Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) with over 25 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and adults. Her career has been dedicated to improving outcomes for people who think and experience the world differently.

Her passion for accessible, high-quality education drove the creation of Evolve International Skills & Research Academy. It is built on the belief that the right knowledge, delivered well, changes lives. Kate leads the design, development and quality assurance of all learning experiences produced by the Academy.

Beyond the Academy, Kate has served as a Registered Intermediary (2014-2021), a Magistrate (sworn in 2021), and a former Trustee with Intermediaries for Justice (2018-2021). She also serves as Service Development Manager at Evolve Psychology.
