About

My passion to drive forward the Evolve Academy comes from many years practising as a speech and language therapist, working with neurodivergent children and adults. The journey to self discovery can be difficult to navigate for individuals but also for those who care for them. In the Academy, I can utilise my skills in marketing and website development, which I did working for agencies in London and then later for a marketing company in HMP Wolds, training people in prison. 

Research has always been really important to me and my practice and have particular interests in neurodivergence in the criminal justice system and the impact of menopause on neurodivergence.  I am currently studying for a PhD looking at anxiety and the intolerance of uncertainty in autistic children and young people.
