About

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist myself, and so it is really important to me to continue to work in the business as part of the team, day-to-day, even as we grow. Alongside leading the business, I work across multiple areas of our practice, including neurodevelopmental assessments for children, individuals, adults. I also oversee, coordinate, and undertake assessments for the expert witness services, assisting parole boards, legal teams and more.

I also continue to be actively involved in research and development. Throughout my career, I have presented at both national and international conferences; and have also co-authored a book chapter about Assessing and Managing the Risk of Organised Crime, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery. My passion lies in elevating levels of quality, care and service for those needing our services, with evidenced based practice at the heart of what we do.  I created Evolve to offer a more human approach to clinical services without compromise on quality for the clients and families that rely on us.
