Dr Laura Powling

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and it is important to me to continue working as part of the team day-to-day, even as we grow. Alongside leading the business, I work across multiple areas of our practice, including neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults. I also oversee and undertake assessments for the expert witness service, assisting parole boards and legal teams.

I continue to be actively involved in research and development. I have presented at national and international conferences. I have also co-authored a book chapter on Organised Crime, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery. My passion is raising quality and care for those who need our services. Evidence-based practice is at the heart of everything we do. I created Evolve to offer a more human approach to clinical services, without compromising on quality for the clients and families who rely on us.
